A bespoke garment is cut to one man and fits no one else. It cannot be returned for a change of mind. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are untouched by that, and we will meet them.
We keep your measurements and the notes from your fittings, so the next garment is cut against the last rather than started again. They are yours, not ours. Ask and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or destroy it.
We collect what is needed to make a garment and to keep an appointment. Nothing else. We have never sold personal information and we will not.
Essential cookies remember you for the length of a visit. Analytics cookies tell us, in aggregate, which pages are failing. Neither identifies you.
The imagery, the writing, the design and the cloth patterning on this site belong to Zimma Tailors or to our licensors. They are not to be reproduced, redistributed or used commercially without written permission.
We operate within the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 and refuse no one on the basis of disability. Tell us what you need before you come and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot offer.
A commission can be cancelled before the cloth is cut, and payment returned less the cost of any cloth ordered for you. Once the cloth is cut, payment is not refundable.
Finished garments are held for ninety days after we tell you they are ready. Before that period ends we will contact you again.
We may photograph work in progress for our own records. We will not publish an image of you, or of a garment that identifies you, without your permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when your commission was confirmed is the one that applies to it.
